Digital Service Disclosure

MeeshoBuddy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not ship physical products; therefore, no physical shipping or delivery is involved.

1. Delivery Method

All services provided by MeeshoBuddy are delivered digitally via the internet. Access to the platform and its features is granted immediately upon the successful creation of an account and confirmation of payment (for Pro features).

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Instant Access: Your account is activated instantly after signup.
  • Pro Features: Premium features are unlocked immediately once our payment gateway (Razorpay) confirms the transaction.

3. Service Activation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from MeeshoBuddy and Razorpay. You can then log in to your dashboard at meeshobuddy.in/dashboard to start using the service.

4. Technical Support

If you experience any delay in service activation or face technical issues accessing your account after payment, please contact our technical support team at support@meeshobuddy.in. We typically resolve access issues within 2-4 business hours.
