1. Use of Service

MeeshoBuddy provides market intelligence and analytics for Meesho sellers. You agree to use the service only for your own business purposes and not to redistribute or resell the data provided by our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Billing: Fees are charged on a monthly basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Non-Refundable: As specified in our Refund Policy, all payments are non-refundable.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on MeeshoBuddy (including text, graphics, logos, and code) are the exclusive property of INFOSTACKS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

INFOSTACKS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
